D-043 identifies BellD's Taiwan company as the seller of platform subscriptions and Credits, with NewebPay and ECPay as payment processors and ezPay for electronic invoicing. Application customer payments are a separate relationship.

The planned operational model includes manual support review of refunds and subscription renewal cancellation; it does not offer a self-service or automatic prorated refund flow. Refund eligibility and legally required exceptions remain subject to the approved policy. This placeholder does not declare all digital purchases non-refundable.
